Weihai Xiyingmen Dairy Co., Ltd. Announces Early Implementation of New National Food Safety Standards
June 1, 2025 — Weihai Xiyingmen Dairy Co., Ltd. has issued an official announcement on the early implementation of updated national food safety standards.
To comply with updated national food safety regulations and improve product quality as well as information transparency, the company will put two new national food safety standards into practice ahead of schedule: National Food Safety Standard — General Standard for the Labelling of Prepackaged Foods (GB 7718--2025) and National Food Safety Standard — General Standard for Nutritional Labelling of Prepackaged Foods (GB 28050--2025).
The early implementation applies to relevant prepackaged foods manufactured by the company. Starting from the announcement date, newly?launched and existing products will gradually adopt the new standard requirements, with adjustments and optimizations made to product labels and nutrition information panels.
During the transition period, both old and new label versions may co?exist in the marketplace. Both label formats meet national regulatory requirements. Consumers and business partners may contact the company via customer service hotline or official channels for inquiries. The company remains committed to supplying safe and high?quality food products.
